Volunteers Needed!

Help us make this the best year ever for our children.

Sign-up  Now!

As you can see from the committees listed below, the PTA is very busy throughout the year.  We could not attempt to do all that we do without all of the help and support from our membership.

There are opportunities for everyone to get involved, some with minimal amounts of time commitment and others that are more involved. Thanks to volunteers like you we are able to make our children’s educational experience even richer.

ALL YEAR EVENTS
Box Tops for Education:
The box tops are turned into General Mills for cash to be used by the BTPTA to help the schools. Annual contests are held at Conley and the winning classroom is treated to a pizza or ice pop party. Please send in your box tops through school.

Finance and Audit:

This committee will help the board with financial matters including the Annual Report, filing paperwork with the NJ Legalized Games of Chance Commission and general accounting practices. It reviews the financial books of the BTPTA for accuracy at the end of the school year. This is not an official audit, but a task required by our National and State PTA groups. An accounting background is helpful, but not mandatory. Members meet two to three times during the month of August to review the financial books.
